Hey there, this is a feature request, right? Adding that functionality, along 
with the full ARD privileges for only one user, was attempted and not achieved. 
If you could look at the python source or find a way to achieve this with bash, 
please feel free to link to a paste, gist, or attach a patch to this issue.

createLionUser has been deprecated, and replaced with CreateUserPackage, 
bundled in the previous location of createLionUser in the instaDMG directory, 
with source code here:
https://github.com/MagerValp/CreateUserPkg
