Unable to use Energy Saver / Screen Saver preference pane with Lion build & ilife

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 10.7.x w/10.7.2 Combo, Xcode 4.2, and ilife 2011 w/ilife patches
2. Restore image to system
3. Boot, and open Energy Saver or Screen Savers preference pane

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Energy Saver preference pane will report ("Preferences Error, Could not Load 
energy saver preference pane").

Screen Savers will simply not draw, the desktop tab will still be displayed.

What version of InstaDMG are you running? What revision number (this should
be the second line of your package log)?

Please provide any additional information below.

The ilife package is a custom package created with just iPhoto, iMovie, and 
idvd 2011.  
The ilife package was working fine under 10.6, and had no issues with Instadmg 
v420.
I have rebuilt the ilife package using Retail package v11.1, 2z691-6757-a, and 
that has no effect on this issue.

I used our OS only version of the image, and ran the ilife package installer 
that I created, and the issue does *NOT* occur, so this appears to only happen 
during an instadmg run.

I am not sure where to start debugging this...  Any suggestions?
