Make install package not require restart #245

Just add a postflight script to start the daemon instead of requiring a restart.

There are too many installation scenarios to make this possible for all cases.

It is possible if you know exactly the state of the machine, and you are not 
using Munki to install itself.

If you are using Munki to upgrade itself, see 
http://code.google.com/p/munki/wiki/UpdatingMunkiTools

If you have complete control of the install parameters and want to modify the 
package yourself to not require a restart, that is your prerogative.

Remember also there are per-user launchd agents as well as daemons.
