Use '/usr/bin/fdesetup authrestart' instead of '/sbin/reboot' #271

In cases where the following conditions are ALL true, MSU should use 
'/usr/bin/fdesetup authrestart'

1. operating on FileVault encrypted volume boot volume
2. operating on OS X 10.8 or greater
3. a reboot is required to complete installation

How could that work? fdesetup authrestart requires credentials. Where would 
these come from?

ok. stupid request. 

status changed to "won't fix" so that the request is searchable for the next 
person who gets this idea.
