I can't reproduce this issue using munkitools-0.9.2.1863.0 and OS X 10.9.1.
There's not enough information in the crash report to really do much in the way
of investigation.
Does this occur on multiple machines? Does it happen immediately at launch,
during the update scan, when it's trying to display results?

So far I only have one machine with Mavericks installed. I was really hoping
to get everything running and take an image of it but then this came up. I was
thinking of updating the majority of my schools MacBooks over Christmas break,
but I won't be doing that until I get Munki working.
To answer your question, this occurs at launch. THe MSU icons bounces for some
time in the dock, then error. No update scan or display of results.
I did try remove and reinstalling munki, but the result is still the same.

I think you need more eyeballs on this issue. Consider posting to munki-dev.

I encountered the same issue on one of my clients yesterday. See attached
report.
Many other machines seem to work fine on the same versions (of munki, osx...).
I tried reinstalling munki as well and it didn't solve the problem.
The command line tools work fine, but the MSU app crashes as soon as it is
clicked.
Please let me know if there's anything I can try to debug this issue.
Thanks
