No logout system after you approve to install updates

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade from Munki tot Munki 2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Updates just install instead of first logout the system/user

What version of the Munki tools/InstallOSpkg tools are you using? On what
version of OS X? latest Munki 2 and 10.8.5 system

Was first time check with Munki2 just installed it on an test mac (server is 
still the Munki 1 version) and notice that the logout (what normal always 
works) dont work now, but it can be that i need to change something in the 
settings, but if so what do i have to change?

I'm not really understanding the issue here -- Munki does not normally force a 
logout before install unless one or more items require a logout or restart.

If you mean you've set the "InstallRequiresLogout" preference to True to 
require a logout for all installs, what version of the Munki 2 tools are you 
using?

Managed Software Center prior to version 4.0.2071 (Included with Munki tools 
2.0.0.2071) ignored that preference. 4.0.2071 and later should behave as 
expected.

I will download the latest version
