Flash fails to install, munki continuously asks me to do update of same package

I have OSX 10.9.3 on a Macbook Air.  For the last two days, munki has been 
continuously bothering me about the same gFlash upgrade.  Since yesterday, it 
has been asking for forced logout updating.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. munki wanrs to update gFlash 14.0.0.125
2. I do forced logout update or manually slect update.
3. repeat step #1

What version of the Munki tools/InstallOSpkg tools are you using? On what
version of OS X?
 OSX 10.9.3 on a Macbook Air
 munki  3.6.0

Please provide any additional information below.
