Scaling issue ot the toolbar icon in Managed Software Center #389

The Updates icon in the toolbar of doesn't scale properly when there's a badge 
indicating how many update's that's available.

I'm using a Retina MBP and running Yosemite.
Managed Software Update v 4.0.2211

This issue is part of this existing issue: 
https://code.google.com/p/munki/issues/detail?id=378. There are several display 
issues under various builds of Yosemite and they seem to vary with each build.
