Feature Request: Export and Import of database #10

I'd like to request the ability to import and export existing MunkiReport 
databases.  I've already tested the dump_db.py which works fine, but there's no 
way I can tell to import in that dumped database.

Is the database scheme between the last official release and r172 modified?  I 
copied my old database file from r82 to the new location with r172 and 
everything seems to work fine, but I'm not sure if there may be problems I 
don't see just yet.

The last model change was in r25, so it should work fine.

munkireport/websetup/bootstrap.py will import a db dump in Application 
Support/Dump during bootstrap. As Setup/PkgTemplate/Scripts/preinstall suggests 
triggering is not yet implemented.

I'll add import and export to the prefpane, as it's a good idea to have a 
manual way of doing it.
