WebM performance degradation #155

I can recall a time when WebM was functional on ppc7450 but now it is not. 
Could the recent multicore patch removal be responsible?

Are you on a multi-core system? Did you notice a change from 12 to 13?

No, and I probably haven't tested since 8 but I do remember watching YT-360P in 
Performance. Anyhow, QTE is the HTML5 model so ultimately it is insignificant.
