rollout QTE to the proletariat #156

When QTE is fixed for Fx15, we should turn it into part of our changesets, 
since the core is relatively stable.

I was unable to integrate the extension with the browser to my satisfaction, so 
we will simply continue to distribute it as a heavily advertised add-on.
