Collected issues in case we don't make it to Fx26/31 #255

We should, if no Fx26, try to make ourselves look like Fx25 and update to .2 to 
avoid using an existing Mozilla release but still bump the version number.

This seems to be a nice win on software rendering:

We need both patches, including the Talos regression fix.

Also, we may want to implement the consensus portions of ECMAScript 6 so that 
we have some JavaScript forward proofing.
