Unused lines at bottom of screen when window is maximized #263

Small issue when a browser window is maximized with the green plus button, the 
window stops a few pixel lines short of the bottom of the screen.  Tested with 
24.2 and other versions on 10.4.11.

Actually this may just be a mozilla/apple "feature" because the latest builds 
on OS 10.7 do the same thing.  Though on a 12" powerbook it would be nice to 
not waste pixels...

With all due respect, this is why I politely request people to test against 
Firefox on a Tier-1 platform before filing an issue in the worklist. This is 
not something I'm likely to change because the Apple OS X HIG also does not 
recommend zooming the window to cover the entire screen to avoid conflicts with 
the Dock, so Mozilla is compliant with that spec.
