Use MOZ_LIKELY for PPC_ offset macros #286

Since usually we fit into the register, use MOZ_LIKELY and optimize a bit.

Landed in both 33 and 31.1

Slight improvement, close to 1% in SunSpider, close to 0.5% in V8. But a net 
win in all cases.
