[ ] - Create a view for the community engagement view.
[ ] - Potentially need to utilize an [open source] API to create a forum for students and instructor to use.
[ ] Consult with UI/UX for design if needed.
[ ] - Please follow best practices using component base architecture, especially for file and folder naming conventions.
