What's done here:

All server routes are covered with tests.
Fixed some bugs in api
Use User model for seeds creation, instead of direct DB writes
Added some npm scripts
New Tests section in readme

Not sure if current implementation is the best (frankly, I'm quite sure it's not =))), but I think it's not bad as a draft version.
