Refactor SubjectOnDisk #199

I think this is the last change to Nimble I need before the new AddBiomechanics update is ready to go.

This adds a bunch of features to SubjectOnDisk that are necessary for doing ML model training for inferring dynamics from kinematics, and also adds support for trial splitting.
