Governance Coordinator Role #1

This issue outlines the role and responsibilities of the Keep Governance Coordinator. As we continue to lean more heavily on community governance, we would like to ensure that there is a responsible community member with a focus on engagement and momentum on Keep Improvement Proposals and snapshot votes. The Governance Coordinator will be that responsible community member.

Role

The Keep Community Governance Coordinator is responsible for driving KIPs forward within the Keep community. This role will be given with a 50k KEEP 1 year community fellowship.

Responsibilities

-Lead vote methodology structure design with roundtable and other community members -Post KIPs on forums when needed -Moderate community forums and regularly contribute to the conversation -Communicate KIPs to community in Discord -Push KIPs forward when there are multiple steps to the vote process -Set up Discord polls for multisig votes -Ensure Multisig members vote on polls -Ensure Multisig members sign transactions
-Organize snapshots for community signals -Create monthly governance updates for the community

The 50k KEEP associated with this position is to be paid out through Gitcoin in 2 month installments.
