This branch contains a special SPV maintainer that is compatible with the Bitcoin testnet and the modified version of LightRelay contract deployed on Sepolia (SepoliaLightRelay). It is used to build the gcr.io/keep-test-f3e0/keep-maintainer Docker image that is used to deploy the Sepolia maintainer on the keep-test Kubernetes cluster.
