This issue can be cloned for tBTC once it has it's own repository. We should strive to use the same setup for both Thesis projects.

• [ ] Prepare RFC to capture questions and process around code contributions to keep-core
• [x] What license will the code be released under?
• [ ] What will the legal waiver look like that contributors need to sign to get their code merged?
• [ ] What documentation will we provide to explain how to contribute code?
• [ ] What kind of contribution mechanic will we use (clone repo, patch, open PR, ...)?
• [ ] Is there a good open source project out there that we could use as a template?

As someone who has contributed, 0x's monorepo is a pretty good template/baseline in terms of docs/layout.
