Use approveAndCall pattern for requestRedemption #164

approveAndCall reduces our UX from two transactions to one (see https://github.com/keep-network/tbtc/issues/273). This implements approveAndCall for the requestRedemption step in the dApp.

Currently still blocked by vending machine updates in https://github.com/keep-network/tbtc/pull/390.
