dApp Redemption: Asking another transaction after redemption completed #304

Description:

Long story short, I successfully redeemed my testnet Bitcoin. Out of curiosity, I tried to access the redeem function using my old and used TDT ID, at first everything looked fine. dApp asked for a small fee after it showed me my successful redemption but if you wait for a few minutes or until the transaction is completed. dApp asked for another transaction that roughly cost me for 1 ETH. Is it intended to be like this?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://dapp.test.tbtc.network/
  2. Click on Redeem
  3. Connect your wallet
  4. Input the details (TDT ID and Preferred testnet BTC address)
  5. See error

Environment details:

OS: Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit OS
Web Browser: Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome (64-bit)
Wallet: Metamask (Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome Extension)
