The sytem got stuck at Step 4/5 of Minting for more than 10 hours. As far as I'm concerned, I lost my Bitcoin and I did not get an TBTC token. That is a very serious problem, as no user would use it again if this happens in Production. I don't know what needs to be improved/changed here, but it needs to be looked at, as this behavior is unacceptable in a production system.

Will dig* deeper with the URL. In the meantime, please attach logs when you get a chance. You should have a button in the footer that allows you to download them.
