I sent too much BTC by accident and it never picked it up on dapp #384

Tried to mint TBTC, accidently sent twice as much transaction fee as required. The dapp would not pick up the Tx and had to get help from discord to get it processed.

And when it did get processed, i did not get a confirmation.
