Bump `@ledgerhq/hw-app-eth` dependency to v5.38.0 #387

One of the users reported a 0x6985 ledger error which may occur in a random transaction. I was not able to reproduce this bug against ropsten and local network. Following the btchip user recomendation, we updated here @ledgerhq/hw-app-eth dependency to the 5.38.0 to avoid this error in the future.

Happy to test that patch once deployed, I'm hitting this issue when using the current version of the dapp (nano S 1.6.1, eth 1.6.3)
