We recently published first -dev suffixed npm package for
@keep-network/tbtc.js (0.19.5-dev.0).
Now we want to set tbtc.js dependency in tbtc-dapp to >0.19.5-dev <0.19.5-ropsten. Thanks to this, the NPM workflow will be able to
update the tbtc.js dependency to the latest 0.19.5-dev.X package.
