This PR does a update pass on CONTRIBUTING.adoc. Main changes:

Unify on 80-character line lengths
Editing pass for concision and clarity
Fix broken links
s/master/main

Closing this PR for the same reason as it was closed here https://github.com/keep-network/tbtc/pull/895, ie. we do not contribute to this repo anymore. It was replaced by tbtc-v2!
