Improvements to Keep Website

Closes: #537

Here we remove/update deprecated content from the Keep website:

• rename the "Stake" page to "Mint". On the page itself, remove everything below the "Why mint tBTC?" section,
• delete the "Join" page. The Keep Discord is defunct, unnecessary and confusing to maintain this page,
• remove the "Keep in Touch" footer section that is repeated on all pages. There is no newsletter, the Keep blog is deprecated, and the Discord is deprecated,
• on Home page, remove the "How to Stake" section,
• in the main Navigation bar, remove the "Blog" link. It links to a deprecated Keep Blog,
• update links in the footer- remove deprecated links.

A few more improvements needed, from the Discord thread on this topic.

• [x] All the links in the Company column should stay.

• [x] We should remove the Follow column entirely, since all those Keep socials are defunct.

• [x] As for the Community column, let's rename it to Projects. That encapsulates tBTC & Threshold & any future things Keep contributes to. And the links we can do for that Projects column would be:

  1. Mint - https://keep.network/mint
  2. tBTC - https://dashboard.threshold.network/tBTC
  3. Threshold - https://threshold.network/

Thanks Rafal! 1 thing – the link for Mint from footer navigation appears to be broken — https://keep.network/mint – but could be a quirk of the Preview link.

Everything else looks great. 2 more edits however.

• [x] We really don't need this tBTC external link in the main navigation anymore, since we now link to it in several places.

  

• [x] Mint tBTC here on the Mint page should link to the dapp: https://dashboard.threshold.network/tBTC . It would be great if we could keep both links, but make one a secondary button here Learn More and that one links to https://threshold.network/earn/btc/

Huzzah! Looks like the responsiveness of these buttons broke with the introduction of a second button. Last edit would be to make these respond across the whole screen on mobile, for example how they do on the Press page.
