feat: sort tools in alphabetical order #44

This PR sorts the entries in the tools section in alphabetical order as per Contribution Guidelines:

Additions should be added in alphabetical order of the relevant category.

Checklist

[x] The URL is not already present in the list (check with CTRL/CMD+F in the raw markdown file).
[x] Each description starts with an uppercase character and ends with a period.
Example: cairo - The Cairo programming language.
[x] Drop all A / An prefixes at the start of the description.

Marking this as fulfilled as I'm assuming the two items that do use the phrase had a valid reason to do so.

[x] Avoid using the word StarkNet in the description.
