bug: Fix precompiles test #87

Update tests/protostar_tests/bn254/test_precompiles.cairo and precompiles contract to reflect the changes in the pairing.cairo library for bn254. (Multi pairing now available) the command protostar test-cairo0 tests/protostar_tests/bn254/test_precompiles.cairo --max-steps 5000000 should pass
