[feat] start registry implementation - WIP #23

This PR should addresses issues #3 , #5, #7, #10, #17, and probably part of #20.

Note mostly to self: I'm currently assuming we'll use OpenZeppelin's AccessControl Component, but it makes it cumbersome to use u256 instead of felt252 for the profiles/roles. I guess it'll make sense down the road or I'll ask.
