feat: new nostr hooks #132

This pr introduces 5 new hooks to help the use of the nostr hook. This PR doesn't remove old hooks, those hooks can still be used without problem for now.

useProfile: Returns the profile information from the user public key
useReactions: Returns the notes that a user reacted to
useReplyNotes: Returns the replied notes of a user (This hook doesn't return root notes, only reply notes)
useRootNotes: Returns the root notes of a user
useReposts: Returns reposts of a user
