Feat: Tipping #186

This is a big PR, I even don't remember all of the changes I've made. But in short, this PR adds the tipping functionality to the mobile app.

Hooks

useChainId added
useRpcProvider added
useTipModal added
useTips added for fetching tip events
useTransaction added for sending transactions
useTransactionModal added to show the user status of the transaction
useWaitConnection added
useWalletModal refactored

Contexts

RpcProvider context added to pass the provider
TipModal context added to show the tipping modal
TransactionModal added to show the transaction status modal

Constants

Contract addresses added
Entrypoints added
EventKeys added
Token informations and addresses added

Libraries

starknet version 6 installed
starknet react installed
@uniswap/sdk-core installed to ease the DX of handling amounts
