Feat: ask for db location #28

Ask the user the location where he wants to store the chain state. It can be solved using madara-path or base-path argument.

Hey @TedZy829. Yes this is available but we need some more changes to be done now because Madara has been updated. Madara now has setup and run commands (wherea it was only run when we started). So we would need to incorporate those along with the base path similar to how it's mentioned here.
