Feat: Update Madara explorer to the new version

We used to support binaries of apps when we started tsukuyomi. However, that quickly became difficult to maintain. So now we have shifted all apps to being Docker images. The purpose of this issue is to update Tsukuyomi to use the latest version of the madara explorer from lambda class as a docker container inside tsukuyomi (like all other apps)
