Since #524, we can use starknet-foundry v 0.8+

Does this introduce a breaking change?

I don't know why the tests fail.

Tests are failing on Marion too cause of the version of snforge

I opened an issue about it in Startnet Foundry, I've also submitted a PR, maybe it will fix it (until the timeout is resolved) if we add snforge --cores 1 to the CI, not sure 🤷
