to test this out you can check the console for when you do fetchTxData("6949cd6f248b31d039039a1de3bcfe767c37023fd5ab6fcde400ae3ea1bfddd1"); it returns sigKey as '' and pubKey as OP_0 3e5fbefb694964b764374ed3d652294247272e3b
