add initial setup

Adds initial setup pattern based off the https://github.com/dojoengine/dojo-starter-react-app

• Graphql

• useDojo provider and hooks

• An issue with the current enum in Contracts stopping torii indexing (but not blocking merge): https://github.com/dojoengine/dojo/issues/772

This is overall a skeleton and pattern for people to follow, it could be merged now.
