[Frontend] Token details form #242

On the token page, add a form (only visible by token owner) to provide details about his token. Such as:

No need to add logic for the moment, just the form

Please, before contributing, keep in mind that Unruggable prioritizes security and UX above everything else

hey can I take this up? Just adding the form should be easy enough as it is just ui. Been doing frontend for a while now.
