Is this problem only for the Apple page or do you have the same problem with every page? Have you connected the extension to your database?
yes. i connected database.
Some website it not working.
I also using lastpass and bitwarden.
Their extension has the option , let user can save username, password by hand .
If auto detect not working. user always can save username/password them self.
So this issue not a bug report. more likely a feature request.
Thanks for your time.
You can save credentials manually after fill from the context menu (right-mouse button) and select Save credentials.
No sir. it does not have the options , There is no Save credentials menu:
I meant the context menu which can be accessed with right mouse click on the login input field.
@varjolintu It works, but if there be a menu on extension icon on top , it will be better.
as my post image.
Is it hard to implement?
Many password manage do like i post, Bitwarden, Lastpass did it . I guess most user would like it.
I'm having this type of issue all the time. I sign up at a site using the password generator in the browser extension and then the roulette game starts: about half the time I after submitting the sign-up form I don't get the bar at the top to save the credentials. And then all is lost, I just signed-up with a super-secure password that I cannot retrieve anywhere! Suggestions:
Most recent site with this problem: signing up for pharmacy at walgreens.com
The auto detect username/password not working at all. Especially for apple id login. Click login will not trigger keepassxc browser save the password.
What's the problem?
Why not let user save username and password by click one save button.
We can always do this job by myself.
so if we ready to input username, password
then click save button, it works like a boss.
