Activate standard system browser integration on startup

After installing on first start the program should check, which browsers are used and by default suggest to activate the browser integration with the standard system browser. This seems to be not the case in version 2.7.4 for firefox on kubuntu 23.10.

At the end of the first setup process a suggestion to install the browser plugin with the link to the suggested browser plugin would be helpful for new users.

What you are asking for is a new user onboarding wizard. We had discussed doing that a long time ago and it never really materialized. I'm still open to it, it is bigger than just the browser extension stuff though.

Maybe the initial database import could also be part of the onboarding wizard.
