Expected Behavior

KeePass starting when launched as user

Actual Behavior

KeePass not starting when launched as user, only when starting as administrator

Context

KeePassXC - 2.7.9 Revision: REVISION

Operating System: Windows 10 Desktop Env: Windowing System:
