Keyboard Shortcuts: Shortcut for Lock All Databases is wrong + Lock Database is missing #11468

The keyboard shortcut for Lock All Databases is wrong:

It should be Ctrl + Shift + L.

And the keyboard shortcut for Lock (current) Database is missing. Something like this should be added (above Lock All Databases):

|Lock (current) Database           | Ctrl + L
