[WorldGuard] Not blocking anything. #562

So, basically, worldguard won't block anything. At all. Creepers and TNT blow up stull, etc.

The only thing that works is the blacklist.

Is it not supposed to work or?

Are you running latest worldguard and bukkitforge version... it works fine for me. Any errors?

No errors. I'm running the latest of both.

@ThePilotGuy As you can probably see by searching, there's already a ton of Worldguard issues: https://github.com/keepcalm/BukkitForge/issues/search?q=worldguard

It's obviously supposed to work, but it's a work in progress. @SpoonsJTD closed most of the Worldguard issues because they were duplicates, #427 remains open, so perhaps use that to report on your findings.
