[LogBlock] Query tools don't get given to player #610

When I try to give myself one of the query tools using either /lb tool or /lb toolblock they do not get spawned in rather an error appears saying that 'You do not have a empty slot in your inventory'.

I am using the latest version of BukkitForge 1.4.7.
