[🐛 Bug] Broken doc links in provider connection #1310

Describe the bug Documentation links for Grafana oncall provider, Grafana incident provider, Google chat provider are broken from connection page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to connection page of the above mentioned providers
  2. Click on docs icon
  3. Will be navigated to default docs instead of provider docs

Expected behavior Users should be taken to the provider docs
