[➕ Feature]: GenAI-powered chat for topology screen #1999

As a user, I would like to be able to interact with a GenAI powered chat like interface, in any topology view (i.e., general topology, incident topology or specific alert topology).

It can use generally available LLM or Keep's trained model.
