Upload Form is missing a "Previous Button" #425

Describe the bug The upload form page should have a "previous button" in case users did not intend to upload or changed their mind.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Admin Panel'
  2. Click on 'Upload Form'
  3. There is no previous button

Expected behavior The upload form page should have a "previous" button.
