(BIP39) Enter Passprase broken #503

On the release version, if you enable a passphrase to a kk that previously had none (settings->keepkey->passphrase enable), you get through the PIN and to the passphrase dialog: And the dialog is frozen, can't edit the line or paste anything into it. Works after reset.

This is BOT 2.0 and release version. fix should go to release fix

I have a Keepkey with passphrase, but when I open Keepkey Desktop v3.0.13, I get this issue. Simply can not input my passphrase, and then sometimes miraculously it works, but I have no idea why it does or doesn't work sometimes. Most often, though, there is simply no cursor or ability to input anything.
