CSIP17 and CSIP66 is triggered? #279

Hi, I have a package: https://github.com/DILCISBoard/eark-ip-test-corpus/tree/integration/corpus/template-ip/Valid_IP_example

It triggers CSIP17 and CSIP66.

I can't understand the CSIP17 error though. Also: how can I see which files that are not referenced?
